YOLANDA BARUCH

Marketing Coordinator
Yolanda Baruch was born West Palm Beach, Florida and has led a very
nomadic life throughout Florida, with a brief stint in Galveston, Texas.
Dating back to her high school years, Yolanda has always been fond of the
arts in various aspects like acting and writing. While attending the
University of Central Florida, where she majored and earned her Bachelor
of Arts degree in English Creative Writing, she continued to explore her
passion for acting by becoming involved in Orlando's local theater.
However, she slowly realized that the material available to women and
other ethnic minorities lacked in substance and complexity. Thus, she
turned her artistic vision towards writing and has been writing
screenplays and teleplays in her spare time.
As a graduate of Webster University with a Masters in Marketing and a
Masters in Business Administration, Yolanda has extensive experience in
marketing, promoting, scriptwriting, and developing marketing campaigns
for various television and film organizations like Gina D's Kids Club,
Raven Moon Entertainment/MG Studios, Sacred Productions, and presently the
Orlando Hispanic Film Festival.
Yolanda joins the Orlando Hispanic Film Festival for the second year and
is extremely excited to be a part of this outstanding organization.
